Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Tassel Road 100% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 9.2 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (100% agree), the nursery is very clean (100% agree), the staff are competent and caring (92% agree) and key people understand the individual needs of their children (96% agree). The food we serve is healthy and nutritious (100% agree), the quality of resources is good (96% agree) and children are well stimulated (100% agree. Parents said that our administration could be improved and we are committed to improving this area.
